What to send
The most useful documents
- Plans and elevations
- Floor plans, exterior elevations and sections at any stage — concept sketches are welcome. PDF is ideal; DWG is welcome for detailed review.
- Opening schedules
- Rough opening dimensions, quantities, operation types and any performance targets already set by the design team.
- Site photographs
- For renovations, wide photographs of each elevation plus close views of existing jambs, sills and heads.
- Finish references
- Interior imagery, palettes or precedent photographs so profiles and finishes are considered with the wider design.
PDF, DWG, JPG, PNG, DOCX or ZIP — up to 25 MB per file, 10 files. Documents are stored privately and are only accessible to the FERMONT team.
